About Indian School Jalan

A good education is a foundation for a better future

Indian School Jalan was founded in 1992 to serve the educational needs of children of expatriate community. From a small school with only a few students, it has grown into a secondary school. The school is approved by the Ministry of Education, Oman, and is managed by the School Management Committee under the guidance of the Board of Directors, Indian Schools in the Sultanate of Oman. Passing through 25 glorious years, the school celebrated its Silver Jubilee during 2016-17.

It is with great jubilation and pride that I take up my new responsibility as the head of the institution. Very happy to note that our beloved institution has crossed the zenith of 30 years  in the pursuit of educational excellence. This remarkable milestone serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to the holistic development of our students.
